Their dishes apply new techniques and textures from ingredients you know, but always emphasizing the Puerto Rican flavor. Chef Pedro Torres and Chef ElĂas are two of the best chefs in Puerto Rico, the way they present the plates are incredible.

Sangria Global Cuisine is open Monday to Friday from 11:30 to 10:00 for lunch and dinner and Saturday from 4:00 to 10:00PM. The atmosphere makes you feel relaxed as General Manager Marilyn Arroyo will give you the royal treatment; making sure you have excellent service. This is a great alternative to go with your family and friends and with PRHFW coming up you can go to dinner and then head to San Juan for the Fashion Shows. Bon Appetit!!
